The Canyon Walkers Project is an installation of The three heroic-scale figurative sculptures titled, The Art Student, Hiker and Companion, and Traveler, and were conceived and designed by Brittany Ryan. Atiyeh Hess and Maks Gerber were chosen to sculpt the 7 1/2 foot "art student" sculpture. Each sculpture represents a Laguna Beach archetype whose stories will live on throughout generations in Laguna. The sculpture is currently in the process of being cast in bronze and is expected to be installed on Laguna Canyon Road at the LCAD campus in the winter of 2017.
